This script extracts the cumulative XRF spectrum summing up the fluorescence (SDD) data of all the pixel of the scan.

Considering only a part of the TransientScalarData, ignoring the rest.
Using a new function to round the valid pixels to the lower closest integer.

TransientScalarData = Motor Positions
TransientVectorData = Detector Data
Positioners = Starting position

Deleted unnecessary lines.

Fixed double messages showing up in case of beam dump.
Included "positioners" in the output fil.

Checking for beam dumps on BMS-T-Average (in the TransientScalarData group)

This new version fixes some errors and uses the BMS value in the TransientScalar group.
