EEHG Master server

Description

The aim of this code is to implement in a tango server the evaluation of EEHG parameters required to achieve the requested FEL wavelegnth and, eventually, to apply to fermi machine the new settings.

Installation

The server tango code is written in python and generated by POGO. EEHGMaster.py in the main while the utility.py conteins the class and functions for ECO evaluation.
